Living and Dying with Intention

Imagine living and dying in a way created by you,
guided by your own beautiful intention.

Coaching for living and dying well

Caitlin Gwen Taylor

My own experiences of life, loss and death have shaped a deep belief that how we think about dying can change how we live. Looking at our own mortality, rather than turning away from it, can bring us closer to what matters and help us come more fully alive. We all deserve to live fully and die gracefully, honouring the journey we’ve travelled and the people we’ve shared it with.

What matters to us deserves our attention, as do the harder parts of being human. Having space to talk and work through them can help us feel less alone as we move through transitions, grief and death, and bring us back to what it means to live fully now. My commitment is to help you embrace both life and death with intention, so that when the time comes, you and your loved ones can leave this world with integrity, love and grace.

Best Three Months
A guided journey for living and dying well

This imaginative and practical journey invites you to reflect deeply on life and death, explore what matters most, and create an intentional end-of-life vision and plan.

It is especially meaningful for those preparing for the end of life who want their final chapter to reflect their deepest values and wishes, as well as those who want to explore their own mortality as a way to reconnect with what matters and live more fully in the present.

Experiences...

"Death is delicate, intimate, scary - and you have to believe in someone that is trustworthy to hold this space. Caitlin is a born listener and I knew this process would work because she had me in her heart, never tried to fix me, and listened with compassion. I knew she had me through the whole process and let me truly feel my own experience in each of the domains. The Best Three Months® process is a transformational experience that should be a part of our core learning as a human. It brings you right back to the core of what is most important to you. I recommend Caitlin to guide you in this process with all my heart."

"I have gone through the Best Three Months® process with Caitlin and constructed my living will. She made me feel comfortable and was respectful of my thoughts and feelings at all times. She works gently and thoughtfully, giving space for thoughts and emotions which might arise. I felt in control of the process at all times. She suggested possibilities I had not yet thought of for myself and gave me time to consider my feelings about them. The result was a document with which I felt completely happy. I would not hesitate to recommend Caitlin if you are considering making your living will!"
