Preparing for the end, while living fully now
If you had just three months to live, how would you choose to spend your time?
What dreams, priorities, and wishes would you focus on for you and your family?
The Best Three Months® (B3M) practice, developed by the Conscious Dying Institute, is an imaginative and practical journey to explore these questions, not just to prepare for the end of life, but to inspire the way you live now.
Together, we will journey through the five domains of life, creating a deeply personal and practical plan that honors your desires, your life in present time, and your death. Whether you are facing the end of life or simply seeking greater clarity and meaning in the present, this experience offers a profound way to live and to die

Held to the End
bespoke end-of-life support
This offering is a deeply personalised, responsive form of end-of-life support for individuals and families navigating the final weeks or months of life. It is designed for times when life is unfolding in real time, and there is a need for both practical guidance and tender, human presence.

My end-of-life work supports individuals and families in creating the most beautiful end-of-life journey possible. In this offering, the Best Three Months® practice is adapted and held lightly, allowing us to respond to the evolving needs, rhythms, and realities of the dying process. Rather than following a fixed structure, we co-create an end-of-life care plan in real time, one that supports comfort, dignity, love, and presence for everyone involved.

This work may include:
-
Co-creating a compassionate and meaningful end-of-life experience, ensuring wishes are heard and upheld as much as possible
-
Emotional and practical support for loved ones and primary caregivers
-
Gentle guidance, reflection, and grounding during moments of uncertainty or decision-making
-
Creating space for creativity, spirituality, ritual, and curiosity to infuse the environment with love and care
-
Support before, during, and after death, including integration and reflection following the transition

This time can feel uncertain and changeable. The rhythm of dying is rarely linear, and needs can shift from day to day. My role is to be a steady foundation of support, offering presence, clarity, and care where it is most needed, so that the journey can be held as beautifully and easefully as possible. We create this together, while remaining in deep relationship with what is unfolding in each moment.

My rate for this work is £80 per hour. This offering may weave together in-person presence, phone support, and availability as the moment calls for. I am also open to discussing a flat rate, depending on the nature, rhythm, and scope of support required, so that the financial arrangement feels clear, supportive, and easeful for everyone involved.

Let's begin with an initial conversation to see what support might be most helpful.
