Common Inquiries
What is the process of the Best Three Months® practice?
The journey unfolds over a series of intentional, supportive sessions. We begin by setting intentions and exploring expectations and hopes for the process. Before each session, you'll receive questions to reflect on for each life domain that can be answered on your own or together. In each session, we’ll debrief your reflections, shape your personal vision, and identify meaningful actions. We complete the process by bringing everything together, reflecting on the journey, setting future intentions, and creating a personalized action map and end-of-life care plan. From there, we will discuss next steps, if any.
What is the process for the Living Fully Now journey?
The Living Fully Now journey is a deeper extension of the Best Three Months® practice. Throughout the process, we integrate insights from the Shifting Horizons assessment to deepen your self-awareness and understand your developmental growth in relation to your life. We begin with an introductory session to set your intentions and goals. Over 12 coaching sessions, we’ll explore the five life domains with two sessions dedicated to each domain. You’ll build developmental awareness, gain clarity about your current reality, define your vision, and take meaningful action steps toward growth and purpose. Throughout the journey, you’ll have accountability support plus voice and email access to help you stay connected. The journey ends with a reflection session to weave together your growth and insights, and to choose your next steps with intention.
